  • Provide reassurance when you can’t see the long-term picture

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does a fiduciary do, and how is it different from a regular financial advisor or asset manager?

A fiduciary is legally required to act only in your best interest—no commissions, no product pushing. Unlike general advisors or portfolio managers who may only provide investment products and choose portfolio assets, a fiduciary creates a full wealth strategy tailored especially for you, provides ongoing investment advice, monitors your investment accounts, and adjusts your plan/ portfolio as your life and goals evolve. Additionally, fiduciaries must pass rigorous exams to hold this title. Download my report using the link below. It is a Broker Check PDF provided by FINRA — the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

FINRA is the organization that oversees U.S. securities brokers and investment professionals. BrokerCheck is their public database where investors can verify:

Licenses and exams passed

Registrations

Employment history

Disclosures (if any)

Regulatory status

So the PDF is an official FINRA-issued report, generated from their BrokerCheck system.

What happens when I book my initial intake appointment?

Your Intake Appointment: What We’ll Build Together

Your first session with me is a deep, supportive, judgment-free financial discovery designed to give you clarity and direction.

Together, we will:

1. Discover Your Current Financial Standing

Your assets, income, debt, retirement accounts, insurance, savings patterns, and overall financial foundation.

2. Get Clear on Your Financial Goals

Your retirement age, ideal lifestyle, homeownership timeline, children’s college funding, mortgage needs, major life plans, and long-term wealth objectives like leaving an inheritance or trusts.

3. Create a Custom Wealth Roadmap

You will walk away with a tailored plan that:

- Projects your financial future

- Outlines how to reach your goals based on your chosen timeline

- Details the savings, investment allocation, and strategic steps required to reach your goals

- Clarifies how I will monitor, rebalance, and adjust your portfolio over time as needed

This roadmap becomes the blueprint for building your financial empire—predictable, achievable, and aligned with the life you want.

How do you decide which investments are right for me?

I start with a detailed intake session to understand your goals, timeline, income, risk tolerance, and long-term vision. Your portfolio is then built using evidence-based, goal-focused, and long-term strategies—designed to give you the best probability of financial success, not just short-term performance.

Can I adjust my investment plan later?

Yes, your portfolio is regularly reviewed, and adjustments can be made to align with changing goals or market conditions.

Is there a minimum investment amount required?

The minimum varies depending on the plan, but we offer options suitable for a wide range of financial needs.

How often will we meet or review my progress?

At minimum, we conduct annual strategy reviews. However, you can request a check-in anytime your goals change or you need guidance. Ongoing communication is part of my responsibility to you as a fiduciary, and all appointments are free of charge.

Do I need a fiduciary if I already invest through apps or workplace accounts?

Yes—because investing alone is not a plan. Most retail investors struggle with market timing, fear-based decisions, inconsistent contributions, and unclear goals.

Most investors think a portfolio manager is “enough,” but a portfolio without a fiduciary is like a car without a driver.
It may be powerful, but it’s not going to take you anywhere intentionally.

A portfolio manager invests money.
A fiduciary helps you build a life.

A portfolio manager selects funds.
A fiduciary helps you design the future you want—and keeps you on track to reach it.

A fiduciary helps you:

Create a long-term strategy

Avoid emotional investing

Project your retirement future

Optimize your savings

Plan for college, mortgages, and major life goals

Think of it this way: You can drive a car without a GPS—but it’s much easier to reach your destination with one.

What should I do next?

Book your initial consultation with me. If you would like to make the best use of our time together, gather your financial documents such as insurance and account statements and meet me on your chosen time. Please be advised, there is a $25 deposit required to secure your slot on the calendar. I will send email confirmation of your appointment along with reminders leading up to the date. If you are married, be sure to have your spouse and all key financial decision makers on the meeting as well. I look forward to meeting you and beginning our lifelong investment journey together! See you soon!
